Picnic & Potluck in the Park
Saturday, June 6, 2026, 4pm in Oak Forest Park (Oak Forest Blvd and N. Oak Forest Dr.)
Enjoy an afternoon with your neighbors! The Annual Oak Forest HOA Picnic ‘n Potluck Party is coming up on Saturday, June 6th, 4pm in Oak Forest Park (near the Hendersonville Road entrance to our community).
The HOA is providing the barbeque; you are welcome to bring a side or dessert to share, plus your own beverage and a chair or picnic blanket if you wish.
It’s always fun – a great chance to spend time with both new and long-time Oak Forest neighbors. Let’s gather and honor what makes this neighborhood so special.

Saturday, March 28th 2026, 4pm in Oak Forest Park (Oak Forest Blvd and N. Oak Forest Dr.)
At the Egg Hunt for Oak Forest kids and families, pre-filled eggs with candy or toys were spread around Oak Forest Park near the entrance to our community. Little ones (under 5) got the first few minutes on the field to themselves before the bigger kids jumped (hopped?) in!
Halloween Party
Was Held Saturday, October 25th 2025, 4pm on Bevlyn Drive at Pheasant Drive.
Pizza and soft drinks courtesy of the Oak Forest POA.
Costumes welcome but not required. We’re collecting donations for MANNA Foodbank – either donate online at MANNA FoodBank or cash donations will be matched and sent directly to Manna.

What Are Your HOA Dues Used For?
- Mowing and maintenance of our park, main entrance and other common areas in our community
- City permits as needed for closing streets and other activities
- Annual neighborhood picnic
- Provides liability insurance for our park & members
- Provides a stronger voice with state and local governments
- Printing and postage for mailings
- Makes for a more united neighborhood
